Pocket receivers were possibly the first portable devices for sound playback that even our grandparents used. A lot has changed since then, emerging technologies are advancing at a rapid pace, but the radio has still much to offer: from music hits to fresh news. It means that radio receivers are still relevant today. We offer an interesting family of such devices freshly widen with a new addition of SVEN SRP-100.

This product combines modern and classic features. SRP-100 has a classic casing shape, control panel on the top and a rotating telescopic antenna to get stable signal reception. And the large LED display taking almost the entire front panel is a modern upgrade. The display size is more than 11 cm, there are 4 levels of brightness. It looks great and is of great value — for instance, in standby mode it shows time, and you won't need to strain your eyes to look at it.

But the main technological advancements are hidden inside of the device. For instance, the SVEN SRP-100 clock offers an alarm that will turn on your favorite radio station or a buzzer when you need it. You can set two trigger times — for different occasions or if you need two alarms to finally wake up. Also, the device can be configured to turn off at a certain time — this is useful for those who like to listen to the radio before drifting off to sleep.

The radio receiver operates within the FM band from 87.5 to 108 MHz, using a 49 mm driver that provide a loud and distinctive sound in the range that is rather wide for such a small device — from 350 Hz to 10 kHz. Finally, the lithium-ion battery with 1200 mAh capacity lasts long hours to ensure self-sufficient operation of SVEN SRP-100. The cost of the portable radio receiver makes it affordable for a wide audience of consumers: from young fans of vintage style to experienced lovers of portable devices. SVEN SRP-100 is already available for sale and is waiting for buyers on the shelves of electronics and household appliances stores.
